Finished off with co-ordinated window-dressings throughout-the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A telephone is available to keep in touch with family and friends from the comfort of the home. Local calls are free - ideal for ordering take-away meals - and phone cards can be used for longer distance calls.

KITCHEN.

Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes-gas stove,eye-level microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses - and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal,with no need to do the washing up afterwards!

One double and one twin bedded, each with matching headboards, drawer units and bedside cabinets, reading lamps and remote control cable T.V. Built-in closets, in each room,provide ample additional storage space.

Adjacent - The second bathroom is tastefully decorated with co-ordinating towels and fittings and has both shower and bath facilities.

POOL.

The screened pool area accommodates a shaded informal seating area furnished with patio table and chairs - The ideal area to cool off with a relaxing drink whilst enjoying the open views to Orange Groves to the rear of the home.

Sun-Loungers are also provided for those who prefer to bask in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

GARAGE / LAUNDRY AREA.

Accessible internally from the lounge, the garage is at your disposal for private parking. Located at the rear of the garage are laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
