Fully air-conditioned villa. This is a non-smoking, pet free villa for the comfort of all our guests. As you walk into our villa through the front double doors you are met by a spacious, tastefully furnished, well laid out lounge & dining area.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Full size cooker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, large capacity fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. All crockery, glasses and utensils are provided.

There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, vacuum, ironing board & iron.

The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed with TV, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom that consists of a corner bath, his & hers sinks & separate shower & WC.

Bedroom two has a full size bed with built in wardrobes, drawers, TV & en-suite shower/WC.

Bedroom three is twin bedded with built in wardrobes, drawers, TV & en-suite bath/WC.

Bedroom four is twin bedded with built in wardrobes, drawers and TV. This room is decorated in a classic Disney theme for kids of all ages.

A travel cot for babies is also supplied.

There is a large sofa which folds out to provide an additional double bed in the lounge. Also in the lounge / Dining area you will find a 70 channel cable TV, DVD player, AM/FM radio / CD player, and a variety of board games, jigsaws and DVDs.

To the rear is the south facing lanai and private heated pool that benefits from the sun all day. Fully screened to keep the unwanted bugs out and lets the sunshine in. There are ample luxurious padded loungers, chairs and tables overlooking a lawned garden. Beach towels for the pool area are supplied. We recommend guests use the pool blanket when the pool is not being used to keep the heat in. ALL DOORS TO POOL DECK ARE FITTED WITH SAFETY ALARMS to comply with US law. All local telephone calls are free when dialled from the villa and we supply a free International Telephone Card with every booking so you can stay in touch with family and friends back home.
