Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated community with two lakes and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. It is ideally situated just off Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants and other facilities. Disney World main gate is just 4 miles away and other attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within a short drive. Several high quality golf courses are minutes away. Sunset Lakes has further facilities including a communal pool and children’s play area.

Description

The villa provides a spacious open plan living area with two large sofas, one of which converts into a queen bed. The living room overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sliding patio door providing access onto the pool deck. There is a large screen TV with cable and DVD/VHS video connected. We also provide a stereo CD player/radio for your entertainment.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other appliances. The dining area has an extending table and chairs seating up to 8 people. There are a further two stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar. The dining area has direct access to the lanai (shaded patio area) via sliding doors.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with wc, garden tub bath, large shower cubicle and twin vanity units. There is a walk-in wardrobe off the bathroom. The master bedroom also has sliding doors onto the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and en-suite shower room/wc. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, including a Mickey and Minnie themed room with Disney TV and video player. The third bathroom has a bath and shower over, wash hand basin and wc.

All bedrooms have Cable TV and there is a Playstation 2 with two dual-shock contollers and games in one of the twin bedrooms.

The Games Room contains a Pool Table, Foosball/soccer and darts.

For the little ones we provide free of charge the use of a crib/cot with bedding, a highchair, stroller and bed rail.

Three patio doors lead directly onto the screened pool deck where you will find sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine until late into the evening. There is a shaded lanai area that has an overhead fanlight and a table and chairs for outside dining. The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler months and there is a cover to retain the heat when the pool is not being used.
