! Our luxury 3 bed 2 bath fully air conditioned villa occupies a south facing plot in a very peaceful development called Westbury which is bordered by orange groves. It is a peaceful oasis apart from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, but at the same time being on the doorstep of all the major attractions and minutes from several championship golf courses.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan with cathedral ceiling giving a light airy feel to the space. The villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and ceiling fans complement the air conditioning.

Lounge

The main lounge area is spacious and has 2 comfortable sofas with a 28” Cable TV with VCR/DVD player, PlayStation 2 and CD Music Stereo. Patio doors extend from this area onto the covered lanai and screened pool area.

Kitchen Area

The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area incorporates every modern appliance and utensil that may be required should you decide to create a meal, including Microwave, Dishwasher, & full size stove. There are plenty of cupboards for storing food and a large fridge/freezer.
The breakfast area has a table with four chairs and has a large window.
The double garage houses the large washing machine and tumble drier.

Dining Area

The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs for more formal meals.

Master Bedroom

This large master suite has a queen size bed, its own Cable TV with VCR, Walk in wardrobe and patio doors leading straight onto the covered lanai. Perfect for those early morning coffees.
Adjacent is the luxury master bathroom featuring a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. There is a vanity unit with mirrors and spot lighting, and a door leading straight to the pool area. Invaluable for children with wet feet who need to ‘go’ quickly!

Bedrooms 2 & 3

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, Cable TV, large wardrobe and easy access to the second bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, Cable TV and is on the other side of the bathroom.

Pool Area

The larger than average fully screened, south facing pool (heating opt.) also has the advantage of a spa. Perfect for enjoying sunrise or sunset with a glass of whatever you fancy! The pool deck features quality furniture including a table with chairs and sun loungers so that you can enjoy the all day sun. All the doors to the pool area are alarmed for childrens safely (Now a Florida regulation)

The villa is professionally cleaned and checked prior to guest’s arrival by our reputable Management Company to ensure all is in working order.
