Do not pass this Villa! It is a fantastic home away from home with everything that you will need for your stay!

There is a fantastic living area which has everything you need to relax after those long days at the parks. There is Cable TV, Dvd Player with a large selection of dvd's and cd player. The living area has direct access to the pool area via large patio doors which is ideal for watching the Sunset on our south/west facing pool area.

Master Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet area, extra storage and Cable TV. It has direct access to the pool area. There is an extremely spacious ensuite bathroom with large shower and separate corner bath. There is plenty of storage, hair dryer and this has his and her vanity areas.

Master Bedroom 2 aqain has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet area, extra storage and Cable TV. It again has direct access to the pool area. There is an ensuite bathroom which has a large shower area and vanity unit.

The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds, closet areas and extra storage. Both these rooms have Cable TV and DVD Players, ideal for children! Both these rooms are directly next to the third bathroom which has a bath, shower, and vanity unit.

The kitchen area has everything you will need for your holiday. There is an icemaker, fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher etc. There is also a separate utility room which houses the washer and dryer.

There are 2 dining areas, one of which is the nook area which seats 6 and is ideal for breakfast time with the more formal dining area which seats 6 is ideal for evening meals.

The south/west facing pool is fantastic and gets the sun from around 11.30 all day through to evening. It is great for watching the sunset. There are patio chairs, loungers and a table for your use.

You will not be disappointed with this villa. It offers great value for money and is in pristene condition. Our excellent Management Company are a small husband and wife team who look after the villa.
