Our family room features a very comfortable 3pc sectional seating sofa, coffee table and with 31" cable TV with DVD and CD players. Those little extra touches of floral arrangements, pictures, floor lamp and window dressings give that added feeling of luxury
For a quieter area you can retire to our living room furnished with 3 and 2 seater settees, coffee table, floor lamp, floral arrangement and pictures

Eating

Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. The inventory includes cooker, microwave, fridgefreezer, coffee maker, blender and toaster together with a plentiful supply of pots, pans, utensils, glassware and crockery
Meals can be served in the nook or more formally in the dining room

Sleeping

Our villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms all furnished to a high standard to ensure a good nights sleep.
The master suite on the ground floor features a king size bed with its bathroom having a separate toilet along with a walk in shower and roman tub
3 further suites have a king, queen or 2 singles.
All 4 suites have a ceiling fan for added comfort
The 2 smaller bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share a bathroom, via the landing, and are ideal for the kids
ALL bedrooms have dresser(s), table lamp(s), night stand(s),radio alarm clock and cable TV

Entertainment

A screened pool with spa (optional heating) where you and your family can splash around in the warm Florida sunshine or sit in the sumptuous sun loungers as you look out on the conservation area which backs onto the villa
A games room for the more energetic features a large pool table, foosball table plus an electronic darts board. A PS2 console is located on the landing area
A few minutes walk will bring you to the clubhouse with the facilities shown below

Wireless internet is provided together with a FREECALL telephone system giving free local and national calls and many international calls

Security

Our villa is fitted with a monitored alarm system. Being situated in a gated community gives the benefit of a 24/7 manned entrance. Our front door has a push button key pad (no keys to lose) with a unique code for each guest valid during your stay
