Andrea’s villa is situated on a corner plot in a quiet residential community.

Our south facing garden is surrounded by a fence and the pool area and is not overlooked by other villas, allowing privacy for our guests. There’s nothing worse than sitting by your pool staring at the people opposite sitting by their pool!!

Our villa is not just a business, but also our second home. As such, it is luxuriously furnished to accommodate eight guests in a style that makes it a home from home. It has 2000 sq foot of fully air conditioned space and has ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai (the covered patio area by the pool).

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and hob, fridge/freezer (with ice maker), microwave and dishwasher. Everything you need to cook a meal at home if you fancy a night in!

There is also a breakfast area with table and chairs that has patio doors leading to the pool.

Our spacious lounge has three sofas, cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo System and a selection of books and games. There is a separate dining room accessed from the kitchen or hallway, a utility room with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a half bathroom.

The master suite is on the ground level and has a lovely king size bed and cable TV. Patio doors lead onto the pool deck. The en-suite facilities include a deep bath, separate shower and twin vanity basins. There are also two walk in closets.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and overlooks the pool. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. One is Mickey Mouse themed and has a Playstation 2. All of our bedrooms have cable television.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower and twin vanity basins.

Linen and towels are also provided.
