The owners of Amber Villa have spared no expense in furnishing and equipping their villa to a very high standard. There is an ample supply of dining and cooking utensils, bed linens, bathroom and pool towels, books, DVDs, CDs, children's videos, toys and picture books. Many guests have commented that they have thought of everything.

As you enter the villa you will immediately experience the sense of space and luxury that the villa offers; the vaulted ceilings, tastefully furnished reception area and adjoining formal lounge and dining areas all add to the 'wow' factor. This part of the villa is perfect for relaxing, entertaining or working on your laptop on the desk and chair with adjacent telephone point.

Beyond this area is the kitchen which is equipped with everything you could need. There is ample room for dining as there is a large table and four chairs and a brekfast bar with two high stools. Laundry equipment is in an adjoining room which leads to the huge garage.

The breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the family room which has two sofas, one a sleeper, tables, lamps, large ceiling fan and an entertainment unit which houses a large, flat screen television, DVD and CD players as well as a varied selection of CDs, puzzles and games. There is also a library of DVDs in this room which has doors leading to the lanai and deck.

The deck, with its lanai, pool and spa is fully enclosed to protect you from insects. Because of its south-east aspect this area gets the sun from sunrise until early evening. No expense has been spared to make this area a place where you can have an early breakfast and watch the sunrise, relax for the day when you have reached theme park or shopping overload, lie in the sun all day with an occasional dip in your own private pool or wind down at the end of the day - just turn on the fibre optic pool lights and retreat to the spa for a drink or two when the children are in bed.

Mom and Dad will love the luxury of the master bedroom with its white Floridian style furniture, king size bed, huge closet, television and DVD player, ceiling fan and luxurious en suite bathroom which has his and hers sinks housed in a large vanity unit, soaking tub and walk-in shower; the wc is in a separate adjoining room. On top of all this you can walk out from this room to the lanai for an early breakfast or a drink before bedtime.

The children will love the twin bedroom with its Disney theme, television/VCR, closet for all their things and window overlooking the pool.

The third bedroom has a walk in closet, queen bed, night stand, large chest of drawers, television and DVD player.

The second bathroom is conveniently situated between the two latter bedrooms and has vanity unit and sink, bath with overhead shower and a wc.
