Sunset Terrace at Solana Resort has 5 large bedrooms plus a Den with 5.5 baths. Each bedroom has its own full bath. 4 are Master Bedrooms 2 with King size beds and 2 with Queen size. 5th bedroom has 2 twins and the Den has 2 Day beds (which are twins). There are no pull out sofas only beds with upgraded mattresses.

All Bedrooms and Den have a television. All 5 bathrooms have blowdryers.

The Den along with a Playstation 2 and DVD Player is also equipped with a computer and wireless Broadband internet.

Living Room/Formal Dining Room

The Living Room is a separate living area with upgraded furniture along with gorgeous window treatments. There is a large sofa, love seat and a chair.

This beautiful Formal Dining Room has a large table with seating for 8.

Family Room/Kitchen/Nook

These 3 rooms are all open like a Great Room. Family Room is spacious with 18' high ceilings with a state of the art 32" LCD Flat Screen TV with HBO & Cable, Playstation 2 console and DVD Player. Kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. It is fitted with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. The nook has a large table and has seating for 6 people.

There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room off the Family Room/Kitchen for your convenience. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also there for your convenience.

Walk straight through laundry room and that will lead you right into our Game Room. The Game Room has a pool table, air hockey table and electronic dart board for you to enjoy.

Pool/Patio

For your enjoyment there is a 10x40 covered lanai with outdoor ceiling fans. Extended decking by the 15x30 heated pool and raised spa so you have lots of room to move around. Landscaping for privacy around pool.

The patio furniture has been upgraded and plenty of seating for everyone. There are:

4 loungers
8 chairs

Once you have stayed in our spacious villa with upgraded decor and furniture you won't want to stay anywhere else. Location is perfect. Just minutes from Disney and all other major attractions. Also, nearby are lots of great golf courses for the avid golfer, who can try a different course everyday.

This luxurious home is situated in the upscale gated communtity of Solana Resort. Solana has a 4000 sq ft clubhouse including a cyber cafe, sundry shop, concierge service, beautiful community pool along with interactive children's water play area a well as many other family fun activities.
