The villa features all the comforts of home with the added luxury of a south facing private screened pool with fully furnished pool deck, to provide sun-filled days. What could be better than relaxing by, or swimming in the illuminated pool at the end of a exciting Orlando day, or starting the day with a splash!! You can even enjoy the multi-coloured light show provided by the pool lights.
We are also just a short drive away from many top quality golf courses in a golfers paradise, with the brand new Greg Norman Champions Course only 5 minutes away and Sothern Dunes just 15 minutes away. The glorious Florida beaches, such as St Petes, Clearwater and Daytona, are only 60 to 90 minutes away, and all the other theme parks can be reached easily within the hour.

Relax Inn Villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard with air conditioning and overhead fans in the master bedroom and living room. It offers the following features to enhance your vacation:
Master Bedroom - The "Master Suite" offers a romantic and relaxing ambiance overlooking the pool deck with a US King size Bed with luxurious bedding, a luxury en-suite bathroom with large walk-in closet and a TV/DVD combo TV.
Second Bedroom - The "Palm Suite" offers an equally romantic and relaxing setting with a US Queen size bed, with TV and DVD player.
Third Bedroom - The "Cyber Suite" offer twin beds with a PC (with broadband & wireless internet access) and a US Format PS 2 with a large selection of games.
Fourth Bedroom - The "Club Mickey Suite" - Mickey and his pals extend a personal welcome to your little Prince or Princess. Indeed he even speaks to them through the Mickey Mouse bedside lamp - Hi ya Pals.
There is also a seperate color co-ordinated second bathroom on the second floor.
Fully Furnished South Facing Pool and Pool Club Deck, with spectacular fibre-optic multi-coloured lighting in the pool a dining and cocktail area and a Florida Tanning Suite - ok it is powered by the wonderful Florida Sunshine!!.
The Executive Lounge with Home Cinema - sit back in luxurious comfort and relax in either perfect peace and quiet or take in a movie, TV or play a CD on our Sony Home Cinema Surround Sound System - do not forget to bring your own favourite CD's although we have supplied a large selection of music and DVD's for your enjoyment.
The Study is our total relaxation area where a number of books and board games are available for your use. In fact you can really relax if you pull out the Queen Sized sofabed!!
The Dining Suite - Dine in elegant formal style in our Dining Suite with top quality crockery and cutlery (flatware)provided and prepare meals in our Culinary Creation zone where we have provided all the necessary equipment and utencils to ensure any meal prepared will be a culinary success. Or just stop by the breakfast bar area.
Relax Inn Villa has all the extra luxuries you would expect in an American home with Air Conditioning throughout a modern kitchen with large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, cutlery and cookware, automatic washer, dryer, telephone, filtered swimming pool with mesh insect screen (but lets in the Florida Sun) and plenty of pool furniture. Luxury towels and bed linens are provided.
We are 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and less than one hour from both Sanford and Tampa International Airports.
Within 10 minutes of the villa there are many restuarants and supermarkets (Publix Supermarket and new Wal-Mart Supastore 5 mins).
In addition our management company is close on hand 24 hours a day should the need arise.

| RENTAL RATES Our Rates per week inclusive of local taxes, utility costs, local, national and international phone calls, broadband internet facilities and an end of stay clean are:

13% local tourist taxes are included in the above rates. A booking of less than seven days will incure an cleaning charge of $85/£50.
If pool heat is required (this is usually recommended from October to March) a small additional charge will be made $150/£90 per week).
Credit card bookings can be taken from any country, with a 3.5% surcharge.
When you have decided to book Relax Inn Villa, we ask for a 20% deposit (non-refundable) to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your vacation.
A refundable security deposit of $150/£100 per week is also due with your balance payment and will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your vacation.
Please note that you must be 21 years old or older to book Relax Inn Villa and we do not accept single sex bookings.
