Our villa is in a quiet community, which is just what you need when relaxing next to your own 26' x 13' private pool and spa/hot-tub.
Oak Island Cove is part of the Formosa Gardens complex. We are only 2 minutes drive from the famous High Way 192, with all the shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that Kissimmee has to offer. Walt Disney World's main gate is just a 5 minute drive away and all other main atractions can be reached within 20 minutes. There are also several championship golf courses nearby for all the golfing fanatics.
All the Magic Orlando has to offer on your door step, just minutes away. Most of the Theme Parks have attractions for the young and old, with fast roller-coasters, slower merry-go-rounds, shows, water rides and you get to see lots of characters walking around the Disney Theme Parks, where you or your children can collect autographs and have your picture taken with your favourite character.

November through to March rates include pool heating
If you required pool heat during mid season (April, May, June, September and October) there would be an extra charge of £75/$135 per week
A deposit of £200/$300 (non-refundable) is required to secure your booking. Once the cheque/check has been deposited in our bank account and the funds have been cleared we will send a booking confirmation.
A security deposit of £200/$300 is required in case of damage or loss to the property. (As explained in our terms and conditions.)
Price includes all bed linen, towels, an end of stay clean and all local (407) phone calls. For stays of 6 days or less a cleaning fee of £60/$110 will be added.
For the comfort of our guests this villa is a Non Smoking / No Pets home.
Payment can be accepted through personal cheque/check or cash. We also take payment via wire transfer for late bookings or deposits. Just e-mail us for details of how to pay.
