Villa Linton has 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite, can sleep up to 10 guests and is a perfect base for your visit to Orlando. It is adjacent to our 3 bed villa so is ideal for larger families holidaying together.

We are located in a quiet setting just off US192 in Kissimmee which has hundreds of shops, restaurants & attractions and is close to theme parks.

On the ground floor enter to the TV lounge and dining room which then leads through to the second lounge & kitchen.

The TV lounge has 2 large comfortable sofas and Cable TV with DVD player (selection of films available). The formal dining room has seating for 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar for quick dining. This leads to the 2nd lounge which has 2 large comfortable sofas, CD player and a selection of books & games.

Both the main lounge and 2nd lounge have sliding doors leading to the pool area. Doors are alarmed and have safety fences for young childre.

The large deck area has pool and spa (can be heated)and is fenced for your privacy. We have luxury sun loungers and covered lanai with table & seating for 6.

Also on the ground floor we have a games room with foosball table, air hockey & basketball game.

Our bedrooms are located on both floors and consist of 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms.

The room on the ground floor has Queen bed, dresser & nightstands, Cable TV, alarm/radio, walk in closet(house safe located here) and ensuite bathroom that has vanity sink, bath with shower over & WC.

The first floor Master bedroom has King bed, dresser & nightstands, Cable TV, phone, radio/alarm, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, bath with shower over & WC.

The 3 twin rooms share the house bathroom and are themed with children in mind - Mickey & Minnie, Winnie the Pooh and Jungle book.

All our rooms including games room and lanai have ceiling fans for extra comfort.
