Our spacious executive Villa has a delightful home from home feeling with a secluded private pool looking out onto conservation area woodland.

We have 2 living rooms both with relaxing seating areas and Cable TV & DVD/Video entertainment systems.

There is a breakfast nook that looks out onto the pool and has a bar football table.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with stainless steel dishwasher, oven, hob, American fridge freezer with cold water & ice dispenser. All the utensils/cutlery and crockery/glasses that you would need. There is a laundry area behind closed doors with a new washing machine and tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

There is a seperate formal dining area laid out for 6 people.

Downstairs there is a WC with hand basin.

Upstairs there is the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, dressing table & cable tv/dvd combo and ensuite full bathroom with double sinks. The bathroom leads to the large walk-in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, dressing table, cable tv and large wardrobe.

There are 2 twin-bedded bedrooms with built in wardrobes.

The main family bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower cubicle over the bath.

The Villa has luxury carpeting throughout and touch lamps in every room. Fully air conditioned.

The phone allows FREE calls to local, national, international and mobile phones anywhere in the World.

The pool area is not overlooked from either side and backs onto wooded conservation land. A variety of fascinating wildlife visit including racoons in the evening and loads of brightly coloured birds that you can watch over breakfast.
